The Jonas Brothers pop band appears to be buying a home in Westlake's Vaquero development, an exclusive community with a golf course.
The three brothers -- commonly known to tweens as Joe, Nick and Kevin -- granted power of attorney to their mother, Denise Jonas, to buy a Westlake home, according to documents filed at the Tarrant County Courthouse. The home on Wisteria Way has been listed for $2.89 million. The 7,360-square-foot home has six bedrooms and abuts the 6th and 7th fairways of the golf course. The home has a pool, spa and outdoor seating area with a fireplace, according to the listing.
Both the Coldwell Banker representative for the home listing and the attorney who prepared the documents for the title company declined to comment.
Officials at Vaquero also declined to comment. Privacy is important at the upscale community, which has 24-hour guarded access.

"I am not at liberty to comment on who's in and who's out at Vaquero," said John Buttemiller, director of sales. "I would not comment on anybody that lives here. We keep it extremely private. That's why people are coming to live here."
Kevin, Joe and Nick grew up in Wycoff, N.J., according to the band's web site. They write and sing songs such as Burnin' Up and S.O.S. They are currently on tour, selling out shows across the country. They also have starred in the Disney Channel movie Camp Rock and their own Disney reality show called Jonas Brothers -- Living the Dream.
