2nd suspect in Weatherford killing turns himself in

FORT WORTH -- A second suspect wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old musician in Weatherford last month is now in custody.

Guy Evan Graves, 35, turned himself into authorities on Friday around midnight, the Weatherford Police Department stated in a press release issued Tuesday.

He remained held Tuesday in the Parker County jail with bail set at $200,000, jail records show.

Graves and another suspect, Johnny Preston Reed, are accused in the fatal shooting of Jeremy Sisk, a guitarist for the heavy metal band Skard Soul. Both suspected are reportedly members of the Aryan Brotherhood, police have said.

Sisk was trying to intervene in an assault on his brother when he was shot in the face Oct. 21 inside his brother’s Weatherford apartment. Court documents state the men had gone to the apartment to get money owed to Reed, 37, by Jeremy Sisk’s brother.

Reed was arrested after a traffic stop in Kaufman County on Oct. 23.
