FORT WORTH -- A man police described as resembling the Anthony Edwards character, "Goose," from the 1986 movie "Top Gun" held up the Citibank branch in the 2800 block of West Berry Street on Saturday morning, Fort Worth police said.
The man, wearing dark aviator glasses, walked into the bank about 10:15 a.m. with a note demanding cash. He left on foot.
The robber was described as a white, in his early 20s, about 6 feet tall. In addition to the dark aviator sunglasses, he wore a black T-shirt and gray pants.
Police said he appears to be the suspect in surveillance pictures taken during robberies at a Wachovia Bank on West Bellaire Drive on May 30 and a Compass Bank on West Rosedale Street on May 17.
