FORT WORTH -- Police are searching for a Fort Worth man who has been missing since the last week of May.
Choudary Bobba, 57, reportedly walked away on May 30 from his home in the 400 block Pineview Lane.
His family reported him missing on May 31, but police have been unable to find him, said Lt. Paul Henderson, police spokesman.
“Last time anyone saw him he told his daughter going out for a walk,” Henderson said. “He does have a heart condition along with a large scar across his chest and documented mental illness.”

Bobba has previously checked himself into Huguley Hospital, Henderson said. His home on Pineview Lane is about three miles north of the hospital in far south Fort Worth.
“Because of his history of checking himself, we were hopeful that’s what he would have done,” Henderson said.
Police subsequently decided to notify the public after they couldn’t find him.
Bobba is 5-feet-11-inches tall and weighs about 160-170 pounds. His hair, mustache and goatee are gray. He was last seen wearing a button-down shirt, dress pants and flip flop sandals.
Anyone with information about him can call Fort Worth Police at 817-335-4222, report # 08-063492.
