FORT WORTH -- A 28-year-old man has died from injuries he received when he fell from the back of a pickup on June 1.
Harvey Saxton of Fort Worth died Friday at John Peter Smith Hospital, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.
On June 1, Saxton was riding in the back of a 1976 Ford pickup at a mobile home park in the 8000 block of Wichita Street in east Fort Worth, said Sgt. Rodney Bangs, supervisor of the traffic investigation unit.
The truck was moving at a low speed, but Saxton was standing up in the bed, Bangs said.

"The truck hit a speed bump," Bangs said. "He lost his balance and fell out."
The time of death was 9:35 a.m. Friday at JPS, according to the medical examiner’s office.
