Arlington police hunt for suspect in sexual assault

ARLINGTON — Police are searching for a 29-year-old man in connection with the sexual assault of a woman in a north Arlington apartment complex.

Elizeo Enriquez Garduza, who lived at the complex, is accused of beating the victim during the assault. Police have issued an aggravated sexual assault warrant for Garduza.

Police believe he was living in the complex with a relative.

Garduza is described as having an "El Charro" tattoo in Old English letters on his stomach and "Edwin" tattooed on his left arm. He also has the face of a male and female on his left chest area, as well as unknown tattoos on his back.

Police believe the suspect could be going to Mexico to avoid being arrested.

On April 11, just before 7 a.m., a 33-year-old female was inside an apartment at the complex when a man entered the apartment and sexually assaulted her.
