FORT WORTH -- Westbound Interstate 20 reopened at 2:55 p.m., more than two hours after a three-vehicle accident near the exit for Trail Lake Drive, police said.
The traffic jam, however, was slow to unwind from the accident that was reported at 12:14 p.m. , a police dispatcher said.
The wreck involved two cars and a jack-knifed tractor-trailer, the dispatcher said.
Two people were taken to Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital, a dispatcher for MedStar Ambulance Service said.

A police dispatcher said wreckers were needed to clear the tractor-trailer and the two cars.
Traffic exited at Trail Lake to detour around the accident. Meanwhile, traffic was backed up for about a mile to McCart Street, according to Traffic.com.
