Martha Williams and Allen Crumley of Williams Trew proudly present one of the finest equestrian experiences in North America, only a short trip away from the heart of Fort Worth. Resting on more than 176 acres in eastern Parker County, this flexible facility currently operates as a cutting horse ranch. It is seamlessly adaptable for any horse discipline.
The award-winning facilities were designed by renowned San Antonio architects Lake Flato. The horses in this facility will be whisked away to the most elite and finest in horse resorts. The indoor riding arena includes a bathroom, storage and viewing areas. The main barn has 22 stalls, two wash stalls, tack room and more. The multi-use barn has 12 stalls with individual runs, office and bath room, grooming areas, a tack room, veterinary lab and a breeding room with stocks to safely treat mare and foal. For the horses that need rehabilitation, there is a hydrotherapy barn with an underwater treadmill and isolation stalls.
The property's generously sized storage structures make crucial behind the scenes ranch work run smoothly, including a large hay barn and a climate-controlled shop. This building houses additional office space, a full gym, a maintenance room, and six oversized parking bays for trucks, trailers, and motor coaches. The ranch’s 12 large pastures and 11 paddocks are all fenced with five-rail steel pipe and have individual shelters.
This meticulously maintained pasture system is irrigated and is lush with well established, Costal Bermuda grass. All electrical and water lines have been buried so that nothing mars the serene view of rolling pastures. And, if this facility did not have everything you could imagine, there are 10 separate cattle holding pens that can easily hold 500 head.
