Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has named Lou Hillman, REALTORS as the first Berkshire Hathaway office in North Texas and is now operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Lou Hillman, REALTORS.

Lou Hillman, broker, owner and president, has maintained offices in the center of the DFW Metroplex for more than 40 years. He came to this area 50 years ago serving as the CEO of the Chamber of Commerce for the cities of Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake and Flower Mound. The role at that time required his leadership in economic development for those cities. The led to his expertise in both residential and commercial real estate. In addition to his involvement in the establishment of DFW Airport in Grapevine, he has also brokered such commercial developments as the Heritage Business Park, one of the largest such parks in Southlake and Grapevine.

A graduate of Baylor University, Hillman has a long tenure in leadership serving as president of the Board of REALTORS, Chamber of Commerce and founding member of the Grapevine Rotary Club.
