Slicing up ingredients is an essential component for a ton of recipes \u2014 and who can argue against chopping vegetables for salads and other healthy meals? However, not everybody can chop it up like a Michelin chef. Arranged in a grid, they\u2019re easy to use: Just place the item that needs slicing, push down on the top, and the chopper does the rest. You can switch out between a smaller and larger blade grid, depending on how fine you want to slice your food.<\/p>

The chopper is constructed for stability when you use it; its soft-grip handle gives you good control, while its non-skid rubberized bottom keeps it steady on any surface, dry or wet. The stainless steel blades are easy to clean using the included cleaning brush and scraper tools, and I also like the chopper\u2019s safety lock and finger guard, both of which protect against accidents. The 1.2-liter catch tray is large enough to accommodate cuts for most recipes while keeping the chopper to a compact size so it can be stored on just about any shelf.<\/p>
