You’ve heard of Six Degrees of Separation and Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon. How about Six Degrees of Skinemax?

The cable channel Cinemax has become famous (or infamous) over the years for its lineup of late-night, soft-core adult TV shows, and now it appears two of its former stars, both from Texas, are making headlines.

Tiffany Hendra, a cast member on the Real Housewives of Dallas, which debuts Monday on Bravo, has been answering questions recently about whether she was involved with pornography in her acting career.

“I would never do porn,” she told The Real Mr. Housewife blog. “I was a lead in a 13 episode HBO/Cinemax series” called Black Tie Nights.

Her co-star in that 2004 series was none other than Amy Lindsay, the actress who appeared in a Ted Cruz ad that was later pulled because she had adult films in her past.

In the Cinemax show, Hendra and Lindsay, who both grew up in the Houston area, played best friends who start a matchmaking service. Hendra, 45, said she doesn’t consider Black Tie Nights, or any of the films she appeared in, pornography. Yes, she appeared naked in love scenes, “but what actress hasn’t,” she told The Real Mr. Housewife blog. And, she added: “I did that series before I was married. It’s part of my journey. I own it.”

Lindsay, 49, who has appeared in soft-core films but also mainstream shows such as Star Trek: Voyager, recently told CNN she has endorsed Donald Trump. ‘I like what he stands for,” she said in a March interview. “As I was having this adventure of the last couple weeks, people are really attacking him and lying about him, and I know how that feels.”

In a 2013 Twitter post, Lindsay calls Hendra her #bff, so could we perhaps see a reunion on RHOD? Stay tuned.
