Raise a glass to Jonathan Goldsmith, better known as the “Most Interesting Man in the World.”
At age 77, the popular pitchman for Dos Equis beer since 2006 is riding off into the sunset -- of another planet.
A new ad shows him boarding a spaceship for a one-way trip to Mars. The voiceover says: “His only regret is not knowing what regret feels like.”
Goldsmith, who acted in Westerns with John Wayne but also drove a garbage truck in Hollywood, considered the Dos Equis job the big break in his career, even though it came about 50 years after he started acting.
