It’s going to take Fort Worth several more months to get real ... ity TV stars gathering here.

The first RealtopiaTV Festival, which was announced in March and scheduled for May 29-31 at Will Rogers Auditorium, has been pushed back to a TBA date in 2016.

“RealtopiaTV Festival has been postponed until 2016 due to unforeseen talent scheduling conflicts this year,” says a simple emailed statement. “We want to give reality-TV fans the best possible experience with this unique festival. Stay tuned and follow us for the 2016 dates!”

Several stars had been announced for the festival, including Fort Worth’s Hayley Orrantia (The X Factor, The Goldbergs) — whose mother, Melody, is organizing the fest — and Arlington’s Sean Lowe (The Bachelor) and Burleson’s Reagan James (The Voice), as well as non-locals such as Sadie Robertson (Duck Dynasty, Dancing With the Stars), Ethan Zohn (Survivor: Africa), Derrick Leavasseur (Big Brother) and DWTS dancer Mark Balllas.

According to the RealtopiaTV Facebook page (where the postponement was also announced), tthe festival had just added Dallas-based chef Tiffany Derry of Top Chef fame a couple of days before the postponement happened.
