For the DFW party crowd, Thanksgiving Eve is as big a deal as Thanksgiving — maybe bigger.

While New Year’s Eve is often considered the biggest “party” night of the year, the night before Thanksgiving is essentially the biggest “bar” night of the year. Factor in that most everyone has the following day off and that there are so many people in town for the holiday weekend and heretofore have only the Dallas Cowboys game as a break from obligated family time, and Thanksgiving Eve is the perfect storm for the bar crowd.
