Pop singer Selena Gomez is saying goodbye to her Fort Worth digs ... again.

The 25-year-old Grand Prairie native has re-listed her 10,016-square-foot mansion, located in the posh Montserrat gated community. The home was previously listed for sale last February, then pulled off the market several months later after failing to find a buyer.

The private estate, which Gomez has owned since 2015, features five bedrooms, 6 1/2 baths, a grilling area, a putting green, a tennis/sport court, a study, a game room, a media and crafts room, a lagoon-style saltwater pool with water slide and spa, and an outdoor family room with fireplace and attached guest quarters.

Built in 2005 by The Morrison Group, the home is at 4649 Saint Laurent Court and is listed with broker Richard Wegman of Giordano, Wegman, Walsh & Associates for the reduced price of $2,999,000.

Last year, real-estate site Candy Dirt reported that Gomez’s busy life as a multi-hyphenate entertainer often left very little time for her to enjoy the southwest Fort Worth home.

“She says she has made some terrific memories in this home, but her singing, acting and multi-faceted career success has been so tremendous, she has had little time to enjoy it,” wrote Candy Evans of Candy’s Dirt.
