Star-spangled spritz Clos du Bois

Star-spangled spritz

Makes 1 Pitcher

  • 2 cups sweet and seedless watermelon (chilled)
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 1 bottle Clos du Bois Chardonnay (chilled)
  • club soda, to taste
  • mint for garnish

1. Combine watermelon chunks and simple syrup in a blender.

2. Pour the watermelon juice in a double rocks tumbler or wine glass, filled a quarter way. Add ice cubes. Fill the rest of the glass with Clos du Bois Chardonnay.

3. Top off with a splash of club soda and garnish with mint.

Note: For larger gatherings, turn the watermelon shell into a punchbowl for a festive twist to your next summer soiree.

Serves 1

  • Cinnamon sugar
  • 4 ounces Martini & Rossi Asti
  • ½ ounce Bacardi Gold Rum
  • Dash of lemon juice

1. Rim the glass with cinnamon sugar. In a prepared champagne flute, add all ingredients. Stir once and serve.

Disaronno Colada

Serves 1

  • 1½ parts Disaronno
  • 4 parts piña colada mix
  • Pineapple for garnish
  • Cherry for garnish

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender with ice and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with slice of pineapple and a cherry.

The sparkler Martini & Rossi

Serves 1

  • 1 scoop Raspberry Sorbet
  • 5 ounces Martini & Rossi Prosecco
  • Raspberries for garnish

1. Using a melon baller, add a scoop of raspberry sorbet to a chilled champagne flute. Fill with Martini & Rossi Prosecco. Garnish with raspberries.

Chardonnay slushy Clos du Bois

Chardonnay slushy

  • 3 ounces Clos du Bois Chardonnay
  • 1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
  • ½ cup peach puree
  • ½ cup green apple puree

1. Combine ingredients together in a blender, keep chilled and serve.

Blue heaven Disaronno

Blue heaven

Serves 1

  • ½ part Disaronno
  • 1-part Dark rum
  • ½ part Blue curacao
  • 3 parts Pineapple juice
  • ½ fresh lime
  • pineapple leaves for garnish

1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
