American Gardens in the West 7th-area is hosting a Fat Tuesday celebration from 3 p.m.-midnight on Feb. 13. Through Feb. 13, customers at Dodie’s at The Harbor in Rockwall can dine on Mardi Gras-themed specials like crawfish (sold by the pound at market price), fried boudin ($8.99), cream-filled king cake ($4.99), monster bread pudding ($7.49) and a Three Kings of Mardi Gras dinner for two with snow crab, shrimp and crawfish ($39.99). Drink specials include $4 hurricanes and margaritas all day on Saturday and Sunday.
