Fixer Upper fans who have been trying to reserve a stay at the perpetually booked Magnolia House in McGregor now have another option to choose from.
On Wednesday, shiplap queen Joanna Gaines announced via Instagram that she and her husband Chip are opening a second vacation rental called Hillcrest Estate. Built in 1903, the newly-renovated home is located in the heart of Waco and features 7 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a full kitchen and a washer/dryer.
According to the official Magnolia newsletter, reservations for September through December at Hillcrest Estate open at 9 a.m. on August 8. No details were provided on how much a stay will cost you, but if it’s anything like Magnolia House ($695 per night) it’s sure to set you back a pretty penny.
