The RiverKings (5-4-0) got on the board first when Bobby Chaumont sent a shot just beyond the glove of Brahmas goalie Joe Palmer 1:35 into the second period, but Grant Jacobsen evened the score 1-1 minutes later with his fifth goal of the season. Ryan Held scored the winning goal in the shootout. The Brahmas outshot the RiverKings 34-26 but went 0-for-10 on the power play.
