Reports: N.Y. Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress shot in leg at club

Reports say New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress has been accidentally shot in the leg at a nightclub.
ESPN.com and Fox Sports.com said Saturday the wound was not life threatening. It was not clear at what club the shooting took place. The Fox Web site said Burress spent the night in the hospital.
The Giants would not confirm the accident to The Associated Press. Phones calls to Burress' home and agent were not immediately returned.
Burress injured a hamstring two weeks ago against the Baltimore Ravens. The Giants said Friday he would not play Sunday against the Redskins in Washington.
