Rolando McClain was in the weight room while the Cowboys practiced Wednesday. The middle linebacker took some first-team snaps Tuesday but didn’t finish practice because of cramping.
He has missed practices or parts of practices with a stomach virus, a tight hamstring, knee tendinitis and a tight quadriceps.
Tony Romo was at practice but not dressed. He was taking off Wednesday as part of his rehab plan in his return from December back surgery.
Offensive tackle Darrion Weems (shoulder), cornerback Sterling Moore (groin), safety Matt Johnson (hamstring/back), linebacker DeVonte Holloman (neck), defensive tackle Henry Melton (groin), defensive tackle Amobi Okoye (personal health issues) and defensive tackle Terrell McClain (high ankle) also were not practicing for the 30 minutes open to the media.
