He kept many plays alive in the pocket by buying time, including on the game-winning toss to Murray. As for Murray, he finished with 96 rushing yards on 22 carries and caught three passes for 15 yards and the game-winner. He also went over 1,000 yards and now has 1,073 for the season.
Cowboys receivers Terrance Williams, Dez Bryant and Cole Beasley. Williams had four receptions for 84 yards, including a 51-yarder on the game-winning drive. Bryant caught four for 73 and one touchdown. Beasley had two for 29, including a fourth-down, 20-yarder that led to a fourth-quarter field goal.
Cowboys cornerback Orlando Scandrick and linebacker Bruce Carter. Scandrick had five solo tackles and one pass defensed. He had the third-down coverage on Pierre Garcon that stopped the Redskins and set up the Cowboys’ game-winning drive. Carter led the team with 11 tackles.
Redskins receiver Pierre Garcon. He caught 11 passes for 144 yards and one touchdown. His 11 catches give him 107 for the season, breaking Hall of Famer Art Monk’s franchise mark of 106 set in 1984.
