Consensus 5-star defensive tackle Daylon Mack from Gladewater has canceled his unofficial visit to TCU this weekend.
The Horned Frogs were slated to be Mack’s last visit before Wednesday’s National Signing Day.
“I just want to stay home and clear my mind about my decision,” Mack said.
TCU coaches are scheduled to visit Mack at his Gladewater home Thursday evening.
On Jan. 4 Mack (@Daylon Mack) tweeted that TCU was his leader, but he has since widened his scope to includeTexas and Texas A&M.
Mack recently took official visits to Texas and Texas A&M. He will announce his decision at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gladewater High School.
The 6-foot-1, 330-pound defensive tackle is ranked No. 6 in the nation and No. 1 in the state, according to ESPN Recruiting Nation. He was the defensive MVP of the Under Armour All-American game.
