The good news: TCU ace Jared Janczak returned to the mound for the first time since March 30. The bad news: Slugger Luken Baker left Tuesday's game with a broken leg. And the Horned Frogs lost the game 4-2 in 11 innings.
TCU won for the second consecutive game despite five errors Tuesday against UT Arlington. The Horned Frogs, who have made 10 errors in their past six games, open a three-game series at Kansas on Friday.
