SMU-Louisville a hot ticket

Tickets for Wednesday’s sold-out basketball game between No. 18 SMU and No. 11 Louisville at Moody Coliseum are an average $184 on the secondary market, according to the ticket-tracking website SeatGeek.

It is the hottest ticket for a college basketball game in Texas since at least 2009, when SeatGeek began monitoring ticket prices. It is also SMU’s first home game between two ranked opponents since the No. 9 Mustangs defeated No. 19 Louisville on Feb. 16 1985.

The game begins at 6 p.m. and will be televised on CBS Sports Network.
