TCU scored three runs in the top of the ninth inning to break a tie and beat Texas A&M-Corpus Christi 7-4 in the Kleberg Bank Classic on Saturday night.
Connor Castellano led the rally with a run-scoring double.
The Frogs (5-1) will play UT-San Antonio at noon Sunday.
TCU, behind starting pitcher Preston Morrison, carried a 4-2 lead into the eighth inning.
Morrison pitched seven innings, giving up five hits and two runs, both unearned.
But relief pitcher Alex Young found himself in quick trouble in the eighth. After striking out the first batter, he gave up a single, a walk and hit a batter to load the bases.
After striking out the next batter, Young was relieved by Riley Ferrell, who gave up a two-run single, tying the score 4-4.
After falling behind 2-1 in the third inning, the Frogs took a 4-2 lead with three runs in the sixth.
Boomer White reached on an infield single. Derek Odell singled and Jerrick Suiter knocked in a run with a double.
Dylan Fitzgerald followed with an RBI single and Cody Jones knocked in another run with a ground out.
