Multiple NFL sources have said that TCU senior quarterback Casey Pachall was not invited to the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis on Feb. 22-25.
More than 300 players annually are invited to the combine to show off their skills, provide medical records and interview with teams in an effort to be drafted by an NFL team.
The official list won’t be released until after the Super Bowl.
Pachall did not have a great senior year, but weighing against him — and other seniors — are the more than 100 juniors who made themselves available for the draft.
Pachall missed most of the 2012 season to enter an addiction treatment facility. He entered 2013 as the preseason first-team all-Big 12 quarterback. But he missed five games with a broken left arm and finished the year with 1,468 passing yards, six touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
