TCU women’s tough road trip continues with visit to No. 11 Oklahoma State

The Horned Frogs are coming off an 80-46 beating at Baylor.

The road isn’t being kind for the TCU women’s basketball team as the Horned Frogs must face No. 11 Oklahoma State on at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Stillwater following an 80-46 thrashing at the hands of No. 7 Baylor on Saturday.

TCU struggled on offense, which was led by Zahna Medley’s 10 points. Medley has averaged 16 points per game this season.

Oklahoma State returns home after a two-game road trip that saw the Cowgirls beat No. 11 Iowa State 69-62 on Saturday.

TCU did not have the same luck against Iowa State in its first game of conference play Jan. 2 as the Horned Frogs fell to the Cyclones 71-49.

Senior guard Tiffany Bias leads Oklahoma State in scoring, averaging 14.1 points per game, and she is one of four OSU players to average double-digit point figures. Oklahoma State is also tough on the boards, with four players averaging above 6.0 rebounds per game, led by junior forward Liz Donohoe’s 7.1 average.
