The difference this year was that the proceeds were committed to the West Volunteer Fire Department. They will make driving much safer in the immediate neighborhood since some folks have a tendency to roll through, or completely ignore, stop signs. Also, many drivers don't seem to know right-of-way etiquette at stop-sign intersections.Read more
