i Jeers: To an airline’s terrible rewards program that is more punitive than rewarding for loyal customers. There are never direct overseas flights available, only multiple inconvenient layovers. Double jeers to the CEO for not reading my letter addressed “personal and confidential” but rather having an underling give me the company line.
