h Cheers: To Tom Murphy for his article on insurers that steer clear of sicker patients. I’m new to Medicare and already appalled how some insurance supplements tell us which group of doctors to use and medication to take. As retirees on Medicare, we deserve better than that.
— Jeanette Reynolds, Kennedale
i Jeers: To an airline’s terrible rewards program that is more punitive than rewarding for loyal customers. There are never direct overseas flights available, only multiple inconvenient layovers. Double jeers to the CEO for not reading my letter addressed “personal and confidential” but rather having an underling give me the company line.
— Alan Stockard, Lakeside
h Cheers: To Tuffy's Air Conditioning & Heating Service in Weatherford. First-time customer — got excellent service, new air conditioning unit installed next day and even sent me a refund for misquote. Highly recommend. Good people.
— Jimmie Vaughan, Springtown
