Cheers: To the kind gentleman that bought my lunch at Cotton Patch on Aug. 29. You made my day. I will make sure the kindness extended to me will be shown to another. Thank you again!
— Lori Rhoades, Alvarado
Jeers: To the boys-next-door for their thunderous post-midnight back-yard party, complete with bumper-to-bumper parked cars as far as the eye could see on both sides of the street. Cheers to the Fort Worth Police Dept. for accomplishing sleepable quiet.
— Peggy Meade-Cohen, Fort Worth
Cheers: I left dog waste in the street at Lafayette and Eldridge on Thursday morning because I forgot to bring plastic bags (I was pet-sitting). When I went back to pick it up, within 10 minutes, it was gone! Cheers to the alert person who did the deed.
— Susan Swain, Fort Worth
