Cheers: To Adam Palmer of Executive Window Tinting. He applied 3M window tinting to several windows and storm doors in our house. He was courteous and did an excellent job. My husband and I really like how the film has reduced the glare and the heat in the rooms in which it was applied.

— Kathy Wilkinson, Arlington

Jeers: To a Fort Worth sprinkler service. I had an appointment for a water-wise survey, but the tech never showed up or called to let me know he wasn’t coming. I called the next day and a woman hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

— Eugene Nejtek, Fort Worth

Cheers: To the friendly and competent staff at Chase Bank in Richland Hills. They have been very helpful when I have had some legal documents requiring a notary and/or a medallion signature guarantee. They always had someone on staff who could do this.

— Terri Estes,

North Richland Hills
