hCheers: To a special couple. On July 25, seven friends (“the Lunch Bunch”) were having lunch as we have for some 30 years, at Romano’s Macaroni Grill on South University Drive. After a great lunch a charming waiter informed us that a lovely couple had paid our bill. With grateful hearts we thank you.

hCheers: To Charles at Arlington Sewing Machine for taking the time to instruct me in the use of an inherited sewing machine. I am now able to sew pillows for surgery patients at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital. One good deed leads to another.
— Mary L. Jensen, Arlington
hCheers: To Covenant Hospice for the care they gave to my daughter, Davena Blount, before her death. Special thanks to Laura Govea and her sister, Linda, for taking Davena into their home to live out the end of her life in peace. God bless all of you.
— Ann Barton, Fort Worth
