hCheers: To Kawana May and an honorable patient at Envision Imaging’s Camp Bowie office for the return of my wallet, intact. I carelessly left it in the reception area.

iJeers: To a North Richland Hills national chain auto repair shop for installing alternate, sub-standard parts on my car, but billing my extended warranty company for the genuine manufacturer's parts that were authorized. The parts are failing. Buying lower quality parts fattened your wallet; cheated your customer. That's fraud!

— Rick Steinocher, Euless

hCheers: To those, unknown to us, who responded so quickly with the help we desperately needed following the auto accident on South Hulen at noon, on Thursday. One never knows at the scene of an auto accident when it might become a dangerous situation, yet numerous people quickly became involved.

— Carl and Tad Sanders, Fort Worth
