iJeers: To the Grapevine shops that would not let Heritage AMBUCS sell parking for a $5 donation as we have done for almost a decade. Shame on those businesses for taking away from veterans and children who benefit from those donations. Who’s going to make sure your patrons have parking spots now?
— Aimee Ybarra, Grapevine
hCheers: To the man who offered to help my father-in-law at Trail Lake Drive and Interstate 20 last Friday. Dad got off at the wrong exit. The man drove ahead and Dad followed him to Benbrook, where my husband met them. Despite going out of his way to help, he refused any payment.
— Annette Ruff, Benbrook
iJeers: To KTVT/Channel 11 for showing video of severely injured cows (broken legs trying to crawl). Cruel and insensitive. Also, jeers to the driver of the 18-wheeler if he was traveling too fast and caused this accident.
— Walter Peterson, Fort Worth
