hCheers: To Dr. Bonnie J. Hartland at Hartland Cat Hospital in Euless. She took great care of my kitten, Rosebud, (spayed and laser-declawed May 1). Kudos to her and her staff, and a special thank-you to Natalie Thrasher, the office manager. They’re the best.
— Judi Peterson, Bedford
iJeers: To those who would take our city taxes for their wages and then complain about AVLs (automatic vehicle locators) in all city vehicles. If you are where you need to be during work hours, you have no complaints. Otherwise, please find a job that doesn’t use taxpayer-funded city vehicles.
— Dana Whiting, Fort Worth
hCheers: To Mid-Air Air Conditioning and Heating of Saginaw for backing their products and coming out quickly to replace the defective unit. The manufacturer no longer stood by the warranty they sold me when I purchased it, but Mid-Air still did. Special thanks to the technician, John.
— Kenneth Burch, North Richland Hills
