iJeers: To Lesley Hensell Demond and your mean-spirited Oscars comment in “The daily STEW.” I’m neither vapid nor ignorant. I volunteer in my community, schools and church, am active politically, have a wide range of interests and friends, and I never miss the Oscars. Be more kind and tolerant.
— Kathleen R. Socket, Bedford
hCheers: To Dr. Shawn Parsley and his wonderful staff. You take time to explain and to listen. Your certified physician assistant Karen Kotara is wonderful as is all your front office staff, especially Judy Hill, Gabriela Quintero and Griselda. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
— Anita Cox, Fort Worth
iJeers: To people who allow their cats to roam, scattering trash bags and depositing feces on other people’s property. They must feel this is OK, but would not be OK for other people’s dogs to roam free and do the same on their property.
— Ralph Tucker, Bedford
