hCheers: To Mrs. Graves, music teacher at North Hi Mount Elementary School for the Christmas performance for the second- and third-graders! They worked so hard all year and did a beautiful job, which couldn’t have been accomplished without your dedication and encouragement. We appreciate everything you and the rest of the teachers and faculty do for our children.

— Thea Hebert and Madi McMillan, Fort Worth

iJeers: To State District Judge Jean Boyd for giving probation to the 16-year-old boy, who, while driving 70 mph with a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit, caused collisions that killed four people. A true injustice! Once again, money wins out over justice.

— Sharon Barrey, Benbrook

hCheers: To Dr. Robert Lilli for helping me and many others stay healthy and relatively sane for the past 20 years. Even when I thought I couldn’t go on, you were always there for me. I wish you a long and happy retirement. You’ve earned it.

— Judith Lee Newkirk, Fort Worth
