Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins says the Commissioners Court did not have the ability to remove Commissioner John Wiley Price, now charged with corruption by the federal government.
This is the same judge who felt he had the authority to burden Dallas County and the surrounding area with the cost and energy for the housing, education and healthcare of thousands of illegal aliens.
All one needs to know about that political posturing is in that image of him in the meeting with Obama and Perry. His body language says it all.
