Experience Counts

How does a team go from World Series contenders to the laughingstock in a few short years?

You fire all the experienced players and managers who got you there and replace them with ones who know little of the game.

Who in their right mind would pick Daniels over Ryan? Fielder over Kinsler?

Young people have no idea of the importance of experience.

From their viewpoint, it looks easy until they try it out for themselves.

Just as a side note: I am not only referring to the Rangers but society as well.
