Last Tuesday’s bad storm proved the effectiveness of the new Rosedale Beautification Program which eliminated two traffic lanes. It effectively jammed up essential Emergency vehicles. Traffic was slowed to a stop and First Responder vehicles - fire, police, and ambulances - were hopelessly stalled.

Thanks again to our leaders for this wonderful beautification “improvement.”
