The terrible events that have surrounded the VA are astounding.
In my opinion, those in administrative position at those facilities who lied and cheated regarding scheduling for vets, should be fired if not jailed.
Having said that, I would like to commend the Fort Worth VA Clinic for excellent service.
I am a Korea Vet and have been a patient there for years.
Doctor P. Reddy has been attending me for several years, and she and her staff always seem to be caring and inquisitive about any issues I may have.
I know they are under pressure because of heavy workloads but still manage to serve their patients.
My only suggestion for the Fort Worth VA Clinic would be for the “Clinical Check in Staff” to greet those checking in with a smile. I know they are busy but those checking in have problems, too.
