In response to Mr. Lupinacci’s letter, “Ask questions anyway”: Yes, my race was unopposed.
However, I still tried to be available for any questions.
I attended the Arlington Republican Club, MPAC Arlington, Arlington Tea Party, UT Arlington candidate forum and several homeowners’ association presentations, and I also held a town hall eeting at Shackelford Junior High with more than 150 citizens in attendance.
I also entertained questionnaires and interviews from reporters.
Although I respected the democratic process by attending forums, I didn’t want to take time away from the candidates who had opponents. It is important for those individuals to get as much time as possible so that the citizens can make an informed decision in the voting booth.

Councilman, District 1
