Small government problems

What do we make of problems such as the lack of pipeline safety oversight, the tragedy at Benghazi the long lines at VA hospital and the closed park at Benbrook Lake?

All are results of lack of staffing, of one sort or another.

That’s what “small government” will supply us with, and we must lower our expectations of safety, health care, and recreation facilities that, in years past, we had come to accept.

Yet, instead of realizing that this is a result of such reductions of funding, the Republican Party is demanding we spend more of that precious money on investigations.
