Imperial presidency

In 1776 we supposedly rid our country of the royal and imperial families.

Not exactly true. The Kennedys, Clintons and Bushes continue to weaken the idea.

The current royals have members of the kingly crew thinking about a run for the 2016 presidency.

Other members of the imperial force are working their way up at the local, state and federal levels.

Based on the performance of Caroline Kennedy’s last endorsement for president, I’d say her latest is more like a kiss of death.

However, in 2024 she will be seeking royal support.
