Polytechnic High School turned 100 years old in 2012 and during that time has seen a lot of ups and downs.
Poly has been making a remarkable comeback these past few years and things appear to just keep getting better.
Being a Poly Alumni Association officer I had the honor of attending a luncheon at the school on April 10.
The food was prepared and served by the culinary department students.
I was very impressed with the food, the kids and the staff that we had the honor of meeting.
Paul Galvan is the current principal and he is doing a wonderful job working with the students, the staff and the alumni.
Galvan went out of his way to make us feel that we are welcomed at “our” school anytime.
Once again I am proud to say... “I am from Poly.”
