The game is money

Your front-page article on Sunday (see: “Davis: Senate votes didn’t conflict with clients”) says that Wendy Davis’ votes affected her law firm’s profit.

Your front-page article on Sunday (see: “Davis: Senate votes didn’t conflict with clients”) says that Wendy Davis’ votes affected her law firm’s profit.

The U.S. Supreme Court’s vote on Citizens United didn’t make that great spot in your paper.

Why do you think Texans run for office? It is to make money.

Why do politicians stay in Washington, because they are patriotic? The name of the political game is money.

Why put Wendy Davis on the front page?
