Insult to Israel

Rather than being irate, the U.S. administration and in particular President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry need to recognize that the truth hurts.

Rather than being irate, the U.S. administration and in particular President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry need to recognize that the truth hurts.

Israeli’s Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon was speaking the truth. It is the U.S. position that is the real insult to Israel.

How our U.S. administration can be blind to the history of these so-called peace negotiations where Israel’s concessions have been totally ignored by the Palestinians? And most importantly, where the Palestinian position continues to be to (1) not recognize Israel’s right to be a nation and (2) continue to emphasize its plans to destroy Israel as a nation?

We need to urge our U.S. administration to wake up both to this situation and to all of the other failures of its foreign relations decisions. (Putin is laughing at the U.S. and its “slap on the wrist.”)
