Hundreds of American Airlines flight attendants showed up at Dallas-Fort Worth Airport for the union's informational picketing event.

The Association of Professional Flight Attendants held a "simulated strike" to protest the lengthy contract negotiations between the union and the Fort Worth-based carrier.

The two parties have been in mediated talks for 18 months and have a two-week negotiating session scheduled in January.
