FORT WORTH — A teenager died Sunday morning hours after being shot in the head at a convenience store parking lot in what police believe was a gang-related shooting.
Zuly Ledesma, 16, of Fort Worth, was pronounced dead at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth about 7:50 a.m. Sunday, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner's Web site.No other injuries were reported.Police responded to a call of a shooting at 11:17 p.m. Saturday at the Zoom-In, 4250 Hemphill St.A male witness told police that Ledesma was in the parking lot when she was shot, police said Sunday.
